[APBeta] Custom template disappears after update to b87

The actual file came up missing between the last run of b86 and the first
startup of b87. Would the update process removed it if it were named
something  like astroplanner.apd?

Let me get this straight: the actual plan document file you have selected as
the template in Preferences->General is getting deleted? Or are you
inferring that the setting in Preferences->General is being reset, but the
actual template file is still there?
