[APBeta] Custom template disappears after update to b87

Is anyone using custom templates for AP2.0? Did they survive the update from
b86? After updating to b87 my custom template disappeared from both machines
that I have V2 on. I am trying to figure out if it is something I did or did
AP take them out.
