[APBeta] 1. alphabetic character F next to the Observation date/time in the Observation tab - 2. catalog only with the names of constellations possible?

Hello,

I have two questions:

1. What is the meaning of the red parenthetic and crossed out black F in the
observations tab when I create a new observation?

2. I would like to insert remarks on constellations in the Observations tab.
One can produce a catalog of his own to this, only with the names of the
constellations and suitable coordinates (for example respectively the middle
of a constellation)?
