Note that this release does _not_ include fixes to the ASCOM stuff.  
The tweaks I need to make will take some finessing to get right, so I  
decided to move them to the next release. I have made some fixes to  
the non-ASCOM telescope stuff, including fixing (?) the non-functional  
Auto-detect mechanism.
