[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b65 released

Hi Paul,

Been playing around with the new version of AP. Good news first: FOV to
sky window works for me. Love the addition of the Found check box in the
columns, for some reason the new column did not reset my current
columns. 

Not necessarily bad news: I would love to see a way to change the end
time in the Observations tab. I would like to be able to manually set
the end time. Also the load time is BAD for me. Timing on the loading
for the Objects Tabs, Obs Tab, FOV tab, and Sky Tab is about 40s from
there it takes a 1 minute 7s  (total) for the Astroplanner logo, Lat,
long GMT offset ect to load. This seems to have gotten much worse in the
last three releases or so. The 40s wait shows only a white screen.
Running WinXP SP3 2g Ram 256vram for ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 graphics
board.

I still love AP always will! :-)
