[APBeta] Exporting a session to Excel

Do you get a dialog asking about consolidating observations, etc.  
immediately after File->Export->Excel File... ?

If so, and the problem occurs thereafter, then it could be a problem  
with the Excel writer code (which isn't mine). I haven't yet checked  
on Windows. I will do so shortly.
