[APBeta] DSLRShoot on v2 (was: Vacation)

Hi Ken,

Well it does mean something to me :)  More importantly I know how to fix
that.  It probably is not the only thing that needs fixing however. 
Should get a look at it later today.  Still bogged down in ASCOM CCDSim
stuff (ancient VB6 code - arghhhh!).
