[APBeta] Telescope Connection Problem

There are definitely issues with BlueTooth and AP V2. I have not yet resolved them. It would seem the BlueTooth port is not being closed properly. I'm still trying to figure out if it's my fault, my compiler vendor's fault, or Microsoft's fault. Could even be all three.
