[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b67 released

Paul,

                I have a Lenovo Windows 7 Professional machine and I find
that every once in a while running in minimized Astoplanner 2.0b67 will
cause the BSOD usual with an irq_not_equal or_greater.

I can't reproduce this. Can you send me the plan you are working on that
causes this problem?
