I updated to new release and created a new plan to use next observing
session. All went well. The next time I opened AP I initially got the splash
then the plan open in the "Objects" spreadsheet view. It did pop the DST
warning change dialog which I clicked the only option Then before I could
begin edition or manipulating the plan AP began to redraw the window taking
about 30 seconds each time. I let it do that for about 20 minutes to see if
it would ever level out. It almost has a normal looking window then erases
most and starts over.. Closing AP pops the Window generated close not
responding or wait for response dialog box. Responding close to this leaves
a black window with only the plan title. This requires the Windows "End now"
dialog to kill. I also just noticed that clicking the "X" to end AP produced
a second instance of AP in the task bar.
Nothing in AP error log.
