[APBeta] Windows document dirty indicator

There's not an OS managed one; many apps have such a thing, however.  Office
documents don't seem to indicate anything (it could be a setting that I have
disabled, though.) Visual Studio puts an asterisk after the document name in
the tab.

On the Mac, a window that has changes (is "dirty") is indicated by a 
black dot in the red close-window widget at the top left, e.g.:
