[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b29 released

Paul,
I have on an Vista64-U and the b29 installed and started up ok. I gave it a
few minutes to do housekeeping before shutting it down. I did get a error on
the next start up but seems ok now. Limited testing though.

Anyone else on Vista 64 seeing this? I only have Vista 32 to test with.
