[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b28 released

On restart the db-journal disappeared although the db itself stayed the
same size. DSS Image Cache has 2818 files in 23 folders, totaling 533MB.
AP is very slow to redraw windows. CPU usage never exceeds 32%,
normally between 5 and 10%. b27 CPU usage was averaging around 3%.
Recalculating a 326 object plan is taking about twice as long as b27,
CPU usage 4-12%. Background tasks are about the same as per b27.
