[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b28 released

I'm also getting very slow window redraws on startup (probably whilst 
rebuilding the image index).  Left it running for a couple of hours.  
CPU usage was very moderate during this time.  Attempted to shutdown 
(Alt-X).  Been running for 4 hours now, with CPU pegged at 93-98%.

Images directory:
Image Database.db 637,239KB
Image Database.db-journal 6KB

Will probably have to kill the process soonish.
