[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b28 released

Seems to be working fine for me on Mac OS X 10.5.6, though I haven't  
yet put it through its paces.

I'm putting together a plan for observing tonight.  I think now is the  
time I'll finally try moving over to 2.0 for good.  I guess that means  
I'll have to port my charts script too (though I suppose I can export  
my plan as a text file and import back into 1.6).
