I would expect option (a), with just plan B open. That would apply even if
I had several other plans open when I exited last time. But I wouldn't be
too surprised if you chose option (b). In that case, I guess if I had plans
A, C and D open when I quit last time, I would expect plans A, B, C and D to
be open when I double clicked plan B.
