[APBeta] untitled plan...

I've also been getting somewhat random behavior with new plans and untitled.  Another symptom I've seen is that it will open two plans if I start AP by double-clicking on one in the finder/explorer.

(I have remember open plans turned on, but I think V1 ignored that setting if you started AP by double-clicking a plan.)
