[APBeta] Enhancement Request - URLs in Notes field

I share Gary's annoyance with Outlook, but that's because I'm a programmer and often type in namespaces and protocols and other things which look like URLs but aren't (or aren't links, anyway).
But I also agree with Robin -- I don't think it would be a problem in AstroPlanner where most things that look like URLs really are links.
