[APBeta] Enhancement Request - URLs in Notes field

I would be against this. I hate programs (cf Excel, Outlook) that
unilaterally turn URL looking things into links. When I type something, I
want it to stay as I typed it. It's just not that hard to copy and paste
into a browser address line.

Is it possible to add a URL to the
Notes field, and then be able to click
on the URL to launch a browser and fetch
the URL?

I'm thinking it would be handy for notes
that you accumulate on the web or for a
reference to further information located
on the web.

Much the same way a URL embedded in a
PDF file or some word processing docs
can be clicked on to launch the browser.
