[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b24 released

I don't think I'd ever bother to turn this one off.  On the other hand, I'm one of those people who has drag-n-drop editing turned off in all my editors, so perhaps that's reason enough to assume there would be others out there who would want to turn off in-line editing....
