[APBeta] Problem transferring notes between plans

When I right click in the notes field of a plan, I am presented with an 
option to "replace catalog annotation with notes field".  I use this feature 
to keep track of things that are special about an object.  Unfortunately, 
when I use this feature in one plan, the changes don't appear in my other 
plans.  I believe I have already requested that this be fixed once before, 
if not more often!  Is there any chance of getting it fixed soon?  My gut 
feeling is that this should be an easy fix, but that it might also present 
some challenges when importing V1 plans into AstroPlanner V2.
