[APBeta] Print column width in V2

Paul,
The way the "Note" column is working right now is that if there is not room 
for it to fit in it's entirety then it does not print. I had rather have a 
portion of it than none of it.  I think it just truncated in V1.  That would 
still usually leave enough description to identify an object that I was 
having trouble with.
