[APBeta] Expiration dates

As long as it's not too much trouble to code in, that would certain work for me. Or something else that would be additionally annoying would be to have the program take the default (quit) if you didn't hit the "continue" button within like 5 to 10 seconds, and then the 30 second pause before the program continued.

  Well, how about a compromise:

  The Expiration dialog has two buttons: Quit and Continue. The Quit  
  button is enabled and is the default. The Continue button is disabled  
  and only enabled after a countdown of 30 seconds. That should be  
  irritating enough to promote a desire to download, and yet enables a  
  lifeline for those times when you need one.
