[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b42 released

Paul --

The first time I ran it I got the "Catalogs bad" message, and AP then hung when I opened the image manager and clicked on an image with no ID.

The second running I did not get the "Catalogs bad" message, nor did AP hang when I clicked on an image with no ID (but it still had no ID, presumably because it failed to retrieve it from the uninitialized catalog).
