[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b42 released

Thanks Paul.

After the initial message of catalogs being bad (it gave a choice to
move them or do nothing, I choose to do nothing) the application is
working as usual. I did have a crash when I went into the FOV while the
app was set to night vision mode gray. 

I tried to email the log file through the Help menu but I don't think
the email was sent because all it did was leave a dialog saying it was
sending.

You're not the only one to be seeing this (and not only in this  
release). I will investigate to see if I can find reasons why this  
should happen.
