[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b42 released

Hi Paul,

Also getting a report that all the catalogues are bad.  AP is 
unresponsive but I have not seen the 'Not Responding' message yet.  
AstroPlanner.exe CPU usage varies from 13% (for short time) to 80% (for 
30s or so).  So I guess AP is trying to do something! :)
