[APBeta] Application Exceptions for Image Manager

When trying to select images By Source or By ID, it does not matter, you still have problems

obtaining a rendering of image icons.  I tried to obtain a list of image icons, but the process

took too long.  Can't means won't try!

User description of above error trace:
>From Image Manager, I wanted to select one of 335 images displayed By Source.  Because it took too long to render an icon of displayed objects to select from, I tried to display images By ID (fewer images and icons) when the Application Exception occurred.
