Yes, it is doing a bit of maintenance on the image database in order  
to correct possible corruption introduced by a bug in the last release.
I'm surprised it's taking so long though. I guess I should've done it  
in a background thread.

There seem to be a number of (nasty) bugs in this release that didn't  
happen to me during testing . Darn. It's like playing Whack-A-Mole <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whac-A-Mole 
 >. I guess I'll see if I can flatten those bugs and release a more  
stable version today.
