[APBeta] Plan window resize stack overflow

Hi Paul,

AP is the only application running with one plan loaded.  Loads of 
background processes and services of course, but they don't really count.
Minimized AP (from maximized).
Resized from 1440x900 to 1024x768
Reopened AP
Lots of flickering graphics for a while (30-60 secs) until I try 
minimizing AP again, then the AP crash dialogue appears

Let me know if you need a range of resolutions to be tested or to try 
smaller to larger res changes.
