[APBeta] Meaning of bold/non-bold observations

I noticed that some of my Observations in the Observations list on the Observations tab are bolded and some are not.  I assume this indicates whether or not they originated in the current plan.  However, now that observations are stored principally in the global database, and I can edit them from any plan (cool), does that distinction really make any sense any more?
