[APBeta] Location Files

Hi Paul,

 From my observatory, I work in " AstroPlanner" with the files through 
the network, and for the sessions there is no problem, whenever I start 
up software, this detects the location of the files, but it does not 
happen the same with the images.

Through the menu: Objet > > Images > > Image Manager and Preferences… 
/Preferences. In: DSS Image Cache Location, I indicate the direction 
where are the images, then, these are visible in the plan, but when I 
close the program I again start up and it, I have a message of error in 
the direction of the images and these no longer are seen. If I return to 
the point of the previous menu, I find the standard parameters: Main 
[Standard location] // External [Standard location].
