[APBeta] Scripting -- Julian date?

Oops. Yes, that's missing. (Part of) the reason for that is that the
Site (required to figure out GMTOffset, and hence UT) is no longer
part of the Observation, but is now part of the Session. However, UT
_is_ part of the observation (a recent change), so you should be able
to access JulianDateTime. That's a fairly easy addition. I'll add it
for the next release, which will appear in the next day or two.
