[APBeta] Plan window resize stack overflow

Folks,

By far the most "popular" bug I'm seeing is the Windows one where a  
stack overflow is occurring during the window resize operation. I am  
not able to reproduce this, and I'm baffled as to why it's occurring  
at all. If any of you can figure out a sure-fire way of reproducing  
the bug, please let me know. If I can reproduce it, I can fix it.

What I need is a description of exactly what you did to cause the  
problem. e.g. "I tried to shrink the plan document window horizontally  
by dragging the left margin to the right", or "I changed the  
resolution of my computer monitor from 1280x1024 to 1024x768".
