[APBeta] Framework Reference bug

Gary F has just found a devious bug in the Framework Reference  
feature, for those who are playing with the scripting: shared class  
read-only properties are being shown as plain computed read-only  
properties.

In particular, the following properties (currently) are actually shared:

APSession.nSessions
APObservation.nObservations

SiteResource.nResourceUserFields
TelescopeResource.nResourceUserFields
EyepieceResource.nResourceUserFields
ImagerResource.nResourceUserFields
VisualAidResource.nResourceUserFields
FilterResource.nResourceUserFields
ObserverResource.nResourceUserFields
