[APBeta] [Semi-OT] Netbooks

I have one of these netbooks, but I didn't want to ask for Netbook support because I was afraid of how that would affect the app. 

But now that you have, I think the work will be worth it in terms of sales.  These tiny machines are nicely suited for field use, and are a nice pair-up with AP.

OK, I have done the serious redesign and re-engineering and AP V2 will  
now run on a minimum screen size of 1024x600. Any smaller than that  
and you are DEFINITELY out-of-luck.
