[APBeta] DSS servers not working?

I think having to click the Fetch button twice is part of the click-through bug (the first click goes to the window behind the DSS Image Download dialog -- the second click sometimes just goes to the dialog and sometimes to both the dialog and the window behind it).  I believe Paul (R) is aware of it.

Must have been a server issue. No issues now.
