Ahhh, I see behavior is deferent depending on how may plans you open on
startup. On Vista32 the first plan AP opens on multi plan startup box is
"not checked" and current epoch is displayed. Other plans that start on the
same launch, box is checked and the info is epoch of the date set. Opening
any subsequent plans result in current epoch data. No checked box
On Vista64 the first plan AP opens on multi plan startup box is "checked"
but current epoch is displayed. Other plans that start on the same launch,

I'm seeing something slightly different. For me the checkbox is always
checked but the date/time displayed updates to the time the plan was loaded.
