[APBeta] The latset version AstroPlanner V2.0b22 does not startup

Hello
I have just downloaded the latest release of astroplanner V2.0b22.
And on each startup it does not completely lunch and freeze. I must use the
windows task manager and kill the app.
I have installed it over the before version, V2.Ob21 who worked fine.
I reinstalled the older version and it does not work also.
I have deleted all the "c:\Users\Claude\AppData\Roaming\AstroPlanner\" files
and reinstalled V2.0b22 again and now it works .
But i have no more my preferences and resources
Windows Vista family premium.
