[APBeta] Problems with user-defined fields

Paul,

I downloaded APv2b22 and opened a plan converted from APv1.6.1. After  
the plan opened, I could not see the user-defined fields in Edit List  
Columns, though they were visible in the User-Defined Fields box in  
the lower right corner. I then closed AP without closing the plan and  
restarted AP. The user-defined fields were now visible in Edit List  
Columns, but when I tried to add one to the plan and move it to a new  
location, I got an error message. I submitted a bug report. Then when  
I tried to restart AP, it hung on startup. I forced it to quit and  
restarted again. This time it started up fine, but I got the same  
error message when I tried to move a user-defined field to a new  
location.
