[APBeta] DSS servers not working?

Is anyone having trouble downloading DSS images? I can get one real quick
with a plan then it just stops and will not download another one. The
progress bar goes part way and that is it even after a couple of hours. I
don't know if is AP, the DSS servers or something on my end.
