[APBeta] V69 and telescope control

V69 no longer crashes on "Slew to home" but it does disconnect the mounting
after slew....
If you have a semi-permanent set-up and "park" the scope in the nominated
home position there doesn't seem to be any way of recognising this  ie "Sync
to home position"
The Ascom selection in Telescope mounts "Ascom:Ascom Driver" still doesn't
allow the comms to be set (greyed out?)
With the Celestron 5/8 selected for the HEQ5pro GOTO mount:
The slew rates below 8 don't appear to work ( or if they do - they are VERY
slow!)
Still no tracking rate selection
AP doesn't seem to see the "end of slew" it beeps but still displays "Abort
slew"
The telescope mimic panel always seems to show the correct Dec, but the RA
seems random?
(BTW what do the small up/down arrow icons in the mimic panel DO??)
