[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b54 released

Paul,
This after the initial "Edit"error, report filed just minutes earlier. 
I was able to connect using ASCOM/POTH and telescope mimic looked to be
tracking. I then got a hard exit into windows and the error log says.

I'm particularly interested to see if the ASCOM problems have gone  
away. Well, I'm sure there will still be a few issues, but it's  
working reasonably well here.
