[APBeta] Not sure this is a bug??

Thanks Paul.

Perhaps if the plan does not have a PA, it could cross-reference the
NGC catalog (or which ever one the person have checked) to look for
PA, and if there is none to include it if it is there??

Either way, I am glad it's not a bug :)
