[APBeta] DSS image folder configuration

Hello Paul
I have tried to sync the configuration files after a fresh installation on
my desktop, and copied the files in the wright folders
I put the AstroPlannerV2.prefs file in the c:\Documents and
Settings\Claude\Application Data\AstroPlanner\Preferences\
but astroplanner didn't startup, I had to erase the AstroPlannerV2.prefs
file
all other files worked fine.
The restore function is still under construction
