Note:

a. This release will rebuild your annotation database (if applicable  
to you). It should have fewer bogus entries in it.
b. The image database startup delay fix will only occur after you have  
run the app once and quit.

Keep those annoying exception/bug reports coming. I plan to start  
looking at telescope control issues next.
