[APBeta] Exporting from AstroPlanner V2.0b31

When I try this on WindowsXP, I get a slightly different result: I get one
line for eah *observation* related to the plan file, regardless of whether
any object is selected or highlighted. So, if an object has 2 observations,
you get the ID listed twice.

I can't reproduce this on Mac. Tomorrow I'll try Windows.
