Folks,

In case you thought I had taken a vacation, I have been working on a  
revised Plan Creation Wizard feature. This should be a lot faster,  
flexible and easier to understand than the existing horror (which is  
more of a demon than a wizard). The approach I'm taking is to set up a  
database (<20MB) based on your existing catalogues. This gets done in  
the background (once) and takes less than 5 mins, even with a full  
complement of catalogues. Once the database is set up, the database  
won't be recreated unless you change your criteria, add a catalogue,  
etc.

Although I haven't reached that stage yet, creating the actual plan  
should take no longer than a few seconds at most.
