[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a34 released

Looking good Paul.  The Observation database checker thingy did it's 
thing perfectly (AFAICT).  It picked up a missing site resource.  I'd 
also moved a directory containing some AP plans and the checker picked 
that up also.  I did have to run AP twice (it crashed to desktop first 
time round) but that was probably due to my having too many other apps 
running, and/or a bad swap file.

Which version of RB was this release built with?
