[APBeta] New icon

[Michael Portuesi]

I like the concept, and I like the Swiss Army Knife graphic.  But I  
think the background star portal is overwhelmed by the knife and  
doesn't get its point across - that this is a swiss army knife for  
astronomy.

Perhaps if the star portal were replaced by something more obvious - a  
swirling face-on spiral galaxy, for instance?
