[APBeta] Catalogues

[RPEHLM]

Just a reminder, AP v1 and v2 can share the same catalogues if you want 
to save disk space.

I would give you more details but I can't get AP to start right now.  
Nothing for Paul to worry about, I'm working on a bunch of other 
projects and chewing up resources pretty well :)
